• Return or exchange request will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• The jewelry must be accompanied by all original packaging. This is inclusive of the Dazia boxes, envelopes and cards.
• Personalized items with engraving, etching, embossing, and other services may not be returned or exchanged.
Can I exchange the product if I don't like it with some other product?
We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you're not satisfied with the jewellery, received a faulty product, or received an incorrect item within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
